Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms#

By accessing or using FlipSumo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Description of Service#

FlipSumo provides automated marketplace monitoring and alert services. Users create watchlists that monitor specified marketplaces for new listings matching their criteria. Alerts are delivered via Discord, Telegram, or other configured channels.

3.Account Registration#

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4.Subscriptions & Billing#

FlipSumo offers subscription-based access. Fees are charged per watchlist slot on a recurring basis (monthly). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5.Acceptable Use#

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements
• Scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6.Intellectual Property#

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by FlipSumo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7.Limitation of Liability#

FlipSumo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost opportunities, data loss, or interruption of service. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered in real time or at all.

8.Third-Party Services#

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Discord, Telegram, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. FlipSumo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Craigslist, OfferUp, Kijiji, eBay, or Vinted.

9.Changes to Terms#

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

10.Termination#

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data may be deleted. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.
