We also collect information about your watchlists (search terms, platforms, filters) and usage data (pages visited, features used, alert delivery status). Payment information is processed by Stripe and not stored on our servers.
2.How We Use Your Information#
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Send alerts via your configured notification channels
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Improve and develop new features
- Send service-related communications (billing, updates, support)
- Detect and prevent abuse of the Service
3.Data Sharing#
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers essential to operating the Service:
- Stripe: Payment processing (see their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy)
- Neon: Database hosting
- Vercel: Application hosting and analytics
- Discord / Telegram: Alert delivery (only the content of your alerts)
4.Data Retention#
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Watchlist data and alert history may be retained for up to 12 months. Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days unless required to retain it for legal reasons.
6.Data Security#
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and salted. We regularly review our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.Your Rights#
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (subject to legal requirements)
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
